When I lie flat, I feel tightness in my stomach. I cannot lie flat for more than 2 minutes. Is it something to worry or normal

I am getting very frequently stomach grumbling especially after food and night while sleeping. I have diagnosed as type 2 diabetes and taking medicine before dinner "GLYCOMET 500 SR". While checking last body check up have got little bit evaluation on my thyroid and liver  Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT/SGPT) : 53.6 U/l.

Since morning hv stomach pain with vomiting and loose motion.. runnning motion and on lite diet since morning

Hi Sir, Recently I got dyspnea from past 2 months. Consulted Gastrentologist and he suggested Acogut and sompraz L. Now it's 90 % better. My question is to still continue above medicines till doctor prescribed time ie for one month or should I stop. ? As I feel better can I stop those ? Please suggest

I have SGOT 78 and SGPT 107. Doctor have given me medicine as follow LivoNext Syrup Ulyses 300 Febexta 40 Erthyropotic 4000iu However whenever I take these tablets I feel like popping and rarely vomiting feelings for 2-3 min but not vomits. Doctor have advised me not to walk or do excercise, not to eat banana. I also feels pain in my brain nerves for that he has given me Napra D 500,Stemcal M and Gastric tablets. Whose course is completed. But I still feels only nerve above my left ear problematic and a bump near my left ear head. MRI was normal although.
