What is the reason behind excessive bowel gas? What are the precaution need to be taken ? What should not to do ?

My wife is having stomach pain at the center of belly. She got his date on 3rd of august and we were close on the beginning of the week. Can i know what may be the reason?

Iam going motion only 3times a week. That too it's very painful.Iam not even able to sit for a long time after going washroom What would be the reason and what would be the medication to stop this.

Hello doctors. Since the past 2-3 months, I have been experiencing severe bloating after each meal especially dinner. I have found a few items like milk products which give me acidity and bloating and have stopped consuming them. But even then, I am bloated very frequently after each meal. I exercise regularly, drink a lot of water and also do not eat fast food (but I drink coffee and eat sweets). Please tell me what I should do to relieve the excessive bloating after meals. Thanks. Sir, Its been nearly a week i have nausea and chest pain or heartburn so much that i sometimes get unconscious due to that pain. I have done chest xray, ultrasound of my abdomen, ct scan of my head, ECG  blood tests and kidney test but everything came out normal. I also have asthma, general doctors in my area ( Berhampur, Odisha ) are confused how to treat me they are just giving me pantop and ondem injections everytime and today they told me we cant do anything further. So i went to a gastroenterologist he wrote Esomac 40 and Abdocool in my presciption, but with this the problems goes and comes back again after few hours, My parents are crying behind my back help me i cant find any solutions and i hope this is not the end of medications.

Hello doctor, I'm 23 Yr old female and I'm suffering from excessive bloating and gas from last 1 Yr. At first my symptoms include constipation but not I'm having alternate diarrhea and constipation. I'm seeing lots of mucus in my stool. Also my stool is very mushy, I don't know if this is normal. Sometimes I also see blood or pus something with mucus. I also feel very weak and have joint pains, dizziness,heartburn, nausea. I feel mild pain in my right side below belly button. It is reoccurring. Like when I stretch my body or when I bent down. I feel like something is wrong there. I had my endoscopy and it was all clear with only inflammation in my stomach. I don't know what is wrong with me. It's making me depressed. I feel weak all the time. My joints hurt. Is this something serious? Please guide me what to do next.
