I have been diagnosed with h pylori bacteria through upper endoscopy, after taking Sompraz hp tablet for two weeks its get better, but now after some week I'm getting same stomach pain and heartburn again. Pls advise?

Kindly doctor I needed to ask u one important question. Few days back I got to know I have few small minor ulcer at stomach. I am taking proper medication and diet. Just I want to know can I go to gym as I am trainer. Can I do my workouts or cardio.or heavy weight Kindly please help me I am not getting the proper answer from anyone. I m suffering from discomfort and uneasyness since last 45 days.. had done many blood reports but all came to be normal. but then i was advised to go for abdominal CT scan and then the results came up with 3 conclusion; 1.heptomegally with fat infiltration ( Grade 1) 2.few diverticuli arising from the cacum. No evident changed in diverticuli/perforation. 3.few subcentric lymph nodes in the mesenteric areapredominantely in right Iilac region. Apart from this i also have Diabetes and High Blood Pressure, both are perfectly in control and never had any discomfort because of  these condition in past. But now as soon as after having my meal my condition gets detoriated.and i feel high heart rate, light headedness and i feel that i will collapse. All my Ecg, Echo, and Tmt came out to be normal. I m really tensed because of this and want a permanent or atleast relieving treatment of this. Medication:- Nexpro IT - 1 in a day Telpress 40 for bp Cefolac 200 ;  0-1-1( since last two days)

I have multiple gallstones maximum with 1 cm. I am overweight and planning to do abdominal exercise, stretching and yoga. Will gallstones come out and block bile duct or pancreas if I do all these exercises? How to prevent them from blocking? Thanks in advance

But i feel acidity.
