Stomach Problems & Remedies

My cousin today had an issue and he noticed that his poop was a little dark in colour. He had some chicken yesterday and he also complianed about a little pain which come and goes in his abdomen(right side). Just wanted to check if there is anything urgent which needs to be done or will it just go away? Is there anything to watch out for? Thanks

Since two days i dont feel like eating anything. I am eating dryfruits and juice only. Feeling weak as I havent eaten anything properly. My stool is perfectly fine. Cant understand whats the issue ?
