My mother is kidney transplant and heart patient, her latest reading shows everything in range except GGT (1178) and ALP (283). Are these reading very high? Is it curable? Kindly guide.

I am facing issues with bloating after eating meal or if empty stomch make excessive Gas. I have done endoscopy but there was no issue. One of the tests shows fatty liver grade - 2 and it exists. Lot of discomfort after eating and stomach becomes to tight feels like it can't bloat anyfurther. Digestion  is another major issue. Urination is very frequent and daily I have to get up in late night for urination. Which medicine is recommended? Which foods to avoid and which are to be taken? Which execise is useful?

I am having stomach pain in the evening times before dinner along with burps. Some times my urine is slightly orange coloured. What can I do to change this symptoms?

Hello Doctors, I'am experiencing Gastric issue and constipation since an year which has got worse in recent past, I have undergone UGI endoscopy which doctor examined as irritable bowel syndrome, i feel discomfort and food particles in stool and sometimes the stool is creamy, also have lost weight around 5kgs in span of 1 month and gets night sweat and muscle cramps However the endoscopy UGI appears ok. What are the other tests that needs to be undergone pls advice next steps

Hi I have been suffering from bleeding piles for last 7-8 year. I also consulted with many homeopathic and ayurvedic doctor and take their prescribed medication from last 2-3 year. I took pilex tablets ( ayurvedic), biocombination 17, hemamalis Q, piyoniya Q , nux vomica 30 + sulphur 30 (homeopathic); and I also use some other ayurvedic medicine. Some medicine help me to stop bleeding and regular stool pass but pile mass doesn't cured by any. Due to that after sometime when I took any spicy food , travel long distance or doing any stomach exercises it again bleeding and little pain in waist... Kindly tell permanent cure of this disease especially cure of pile mass... general my stool is soft..

I am having Fatty liver grade 1. Burping continuously day & night since 6 months. Knot feeling in stomach and chest uncomfortable feeling. Burping affecting my motivation. Whole day only burping burping and burping. Took Pantocid L & Antacid for 10 days. Took aciloc for 10 days. No relief.

I have mild bad breath, belching and bloating.my dentist told me that I have good mouth and the smell is due to from stomach ,so I undergone endoscopy and my biopsy result was h pylori positive then I completed 14 days antibiotics course but my problem not solved ,then I undergone endoscopy 2 nd time and got lax les and pangastritis in results now I am having the tablets.,so please answer me what is my cause and how can I cure it ,does the h pylori antibiotics resistanct?

I feel pressure near left chest area since 10 days. I feel like someone is repeatedly piercing me with a needle , in middle of left rib backside. This sensation is coming and going.
