Hello Doctor, I am Omprakash Dubey. I am suffering from GERD.( Acid reflux ) from last 8 years. For this I had consulted with Dr. Deepak Amrapurkar (Gastroenterologist). He had then done the upper endoscopy which concluded "Antral Gastritis" Diagnosis. He then told me to take Cap. Razo-D as and when required (1 cap early morning before breakfast) and Fibril Powder at bedtime. After taking these medications I got relief. But after some years, the manufacturing of Fibril Powder got stopped. So, I consulted with some other doctors. They prescribed me with some powders in place of Fibril such as (Softovac, Pegfiber, Cremadiet, Naturolax powder). But, I experienced no relief with these powders and even started to reduce my body weight.   Now I am suffering with constipation and irritation in stomach at bed time. So, doctor kindly suggest me with some laxative powder similar to Fibril Powder which would be beneficial for irritation as well as constipation. Thank and regards,

Hello sir / madam. A NCPF patient has very low 18 k platelets and massive spleenomegaly. Recent fibroscan 5.1. Low of leucocytes others too. 3.4 bilirubin. Doctor said - there is blockage in portal veins or near spleen which causing spleenomegaly as I understand. Is this vein block since birth or after birth. Is there any option to treat this portal vein blockage in allopathy and Also recommend me naturopathy option to dissolve blockage. As I understand, once block get dissolved. this issue will be resolved. Please suggest. Thank you.
