Severe pain in abdomen and vomiting since last few hours Nothing is staying inside, what to doooooooo

I' m suffering from acid reflux problem..I feel like food is going up in my throat..with heart burn...this problem is severe in night ...although I eat very less spicy and oily food yet I feel indigestion and reflux problem..reflux happens frequently with every burp...I' ve eaten lots of medicines and it gives some relief..but after leaving the same happens again...Plzz help me ..why this is happening with me at the age of only 22 .🙏

I have erosive gastritis because of depression for last two years Because of this stomach is filled with over acidity that pressurise my stomach and backbone. After the consultation with gastroenterologist having nexpro hp, refaximin 400mg,Lamino GI powder taking them for 14 days constantly my erosive gastritis still in same condition, I haven't noticed any single improvement so far. I am mentally frustrated. What should I do now?
