I am having small reddish bulge on my left lower stomach along my Strech marks 4 days ago and now it has gone down significantly ,also I feel pea sized bulge on my right part of groin , could it be hernia

This looks like an abscess/folliculitis, which is an infection in the skin, associated with the hair follicle. Please apply Mupirocin ointment thrice a day over the swelling. If your pain increases/ swelling increases, please see a surgeon immediately. If you have Diabetes, please see a doctor right away.
