Chronic appendicitis+ kidney stones
Recently I felt severe but not stable pain in my middle abdomen. After that doctor advised me to do a ultrasound test. On ultrasound report I got to know that I'm suffering from chronic appendicitis (appendix) but no tenderness is there on my lower abdomen. My middle abdomen pain is also gone! Do I need surgery? Or what please help. Report also revealed that I have stone on my both kidneys🥺

Appendicitis requires surgery you cannot reverse the appendicitis by meditations alone if there is acute appendicitis which was present for more than three to four days then we manage it by medications till 6 weeks after which we can plan for a surgery. About the kidney stones we need to know the size and exact location of the stones within the kidney.  Stones which are of smaller size less than 5 mm will passed by itself if it is located within the upper or middle pole of the kidney however lower pole stones require intervention. I would like to know more about the investigations please contact me once
