Appendicitis?
Hi Doctor, I had pain near the belly button on the right side I was having a doubt it would be appendicitis..As you all suggested I had my abdomen and pelvis scan.. Scan was normal they did not find any thing like appendicitis or kidney stone.. My blood count was also normal. Urine test was also normal. Will there be any chances of appendicitis to be present ? Please answer me should I do any other test

Which scan you have? If it is ultrasound abdomen then you need CECT abdomen to reach at diagnosis. Consult Surgeon for physical examination.

It is possible to have some residual inflammation after an attack of appendicitis, which may not be seen on USG. If your pain persists, it is always better to show a surgeon, who will evaluate you thoroughly and plan further.
