Is the report malignant
My aunt recently had Bleeding PR since 2 weeks and loose stools since 2 weeks. She is 44 years and a known case of DM and HTN She consulted a doctor and he advised a colonoscopy. I have attached the report. Does it seem to be malignant. We are waiting for the biopsy report

Hi from the above report you are aunty suffering from an ulcer in the rectum which might be the cause for the bleeding but however I would like to ask you a few more questions such as loss of weight fatigue and other blood investigations to asses regarding the risk of malignancy also if contrast CT of the abdomen and pelvis has been performed it will help in making the diagnosis please consult me once

There is strong suspicion of malignancy unless proved otherwise on histopathology.
