Suffering from loose motions from 2 weeks .i have taken electral ors sometimes but it didn't worked for me . even i get blood in shit.

The symptoms you have described is suggestive of dysentery. You would need a course of antibiotics ( Ciprofloxacin + Tinidazole ) for 5 days , Please do see your local physician for a priscription . However if there is no resolution after the course of antibiotics , diagnostics would need to be run for other possible causes
