What is the root cause for gastro esophageal reflux disease? I have regurgitation of food.. Breathlessness due to regurgitation

I have gerd for 2 years.. But I didn't take any medicine.. Now I take medicine ( pantakind dsr, sulcralfate chem syrup).. Can gerd b cured permanently?

I HV pain from upper abdomen to lower abdomen and back is also hurting upper back to lower back neck and hip bone also and platelets count is 1.03 lakh . Pls give me the suggestion for this

My husband complains about stomach pain at a particular place in the right side.He has gone through all the check ups like endoscopy,Xray etc and consulted many doctors but every doctor said the same thing that everything is okay. Some docs have even given some gastric medication also but the pain is not going away. I am afraid as my in-laws have a history of cancer Kindly show a way to at least diagnose my husband's problem.
