Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi Doctors Good Evening from yesterday after breakfast I had small alcohol beverage i.e Breezer which is very low concentrations in alcohol content, after dring I have gastric in upper abdomen and also had bloating and chest tightness and after lunch  had taken lap, but at night again I feel gastric and bloating after my dinner before my bed and frequentli I am getting burps. kindly suggest me syrup and proper medicalation. Today morning I used pantop but still I feeling uneasyness.What to do and suggest some syrup?

I saw some amount of red blood in my stool,It happens most of the time may be due to fizures(I can sense tearing ) from past many years.I do have little constipation, How do I stop it ?Is their home remedies?

Hello Doctors, When i had some junk food during lunch/dinner next day i am feeling some blood drops in sink withou t any notice .After that a small burning sensation arround anus. I felt it as piles , but this is not regular only the case when i had outside spicy food. And in normal days i dont have any problem. Now a days i am feeling somewhat more burning sensation when it happened for a day. Kindly suggest any home treatment / medicine.
