Hello m facing severe abdomen pain since mng..no acidity no gas issue only pain ..pls help as while moving also pain is more

Having chest pain from last 20days.it comes and goes by burping and gas medicine. No heaviness no breathlessness no chest discomfort. Done eco,ecg,ultrasound, endoscopy all reports are normal.Taking sompraz d 40,acogut 100,sucral syrup.sometimes mouth is becoming sour.

I almost passed out in my washroom today because of indigestion. And this has happened to me for the 3rd time now in a span of around 6-7 months. I'm very concerned, please tell me what I can do ?

Since a month I am facing digestion issues, always feeling bloated and sometimes loose motion. I am avoiding all sorts of junk and street food, eating light food, zero oil recipes. Hello I have stomach problems in summer 1 if I eat fast food or food with any sauce it cause pain In stomach and tea also cause pain and than I feel i eager to go to washroom nd feel relax after empty the bowel nd I feel hungry on time nd not go to washroom again and again only one time I feel relax,so in summer time I avoid eating nd so tell me exact problem and treatment for it
