Supplements Duration for B12 Deficiency
I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency some months ago.
But I couldn't complete the prescribed dosage/course of supplement 2B12 (AdCbl 750mg + MeCbl 750mg).
How long I am supposed to take the supplement to cure myself from deficiency?
How many tablets later as prophylactic dose in a month to keep away from the deficiency.
