I have been prescribed mebiz and probiotics and Rifagut 550, Rifagut is causing acidity, I have post infection non specific diarrhea and bloating stomach pain

I have been told by my nutritionist to take probiotic sachet twice for 5 days. Please suggest some probiotic sachet names.

I had this 2-3 years back also.... It is causing so much discomfort... Please suggest some treatment... I m taking sits bath by putting some salt in it... Please suggest some good dietry fibre powder and if anything else too

I used to have great digestion. But for a treatment I had taken steroids on and off for around 1.5 years. Post this my digestion has become poor. I get frequent bloating and indigestion. Last year in May I contracted covid and post treatment my digestion has become extremely bad. Almost daily I get either acidity or bloating. Off the counter drugs - PanD and gelusil/eno provide temporary relief but the problem comes back. Even if I eat home cooked food there is still discomfort.

I am getting drools while sleeping and hard stools despite of taking plenty of fruits and water. Is there any connection between these two ? I had my piles and fissure laser surgery 10 days back..

I want to seek medical advice for my grandmother who is 88 years old. From past 4 days, she has not eaten anything, just had 2-3 cups of milk per day. Today morning, she vomited a lot. We got that vomit sample tested in the lab, and good number of RBCs were found in the vomit sample. What treatment should be done? SHOULD WE GET HER ADMITTED OR CAN THIS BE TREATED FROM HOME ALSO?

Today done sonography and found out I have 2 mm Gall bladder polyps.. is it normal? And also I'm suffering from gas and bowel problems. Pain in left abdomen or under chest. And in Impression doctor wrote that.. 1. Gall bladder polyps 2. Excessive Gas in abdomen Please give me genuine suggestions. Thank you

I am suffering from abnormal defecation problems since 3 years. i have been diagnosed with pelvic floor dyssynergia through a balloon expulsion test and rectal manometry. These tests were done on recommendation of gastroenterologist from sgpgi, Lucknow. But i am not satisfied with the medications given because as far as i have read about pelvic floor dyssynergia, it is about dysfunctional pelvic muscles but the medicine is for constipation. and the medicines are for a course of 6 weeks .the doctor didn't give any precautions or exercises anything like that. i am really frustrated. what type of doctor should i consult? a gastroenterologist, a neurologist or any other?
