Digestion and jaundice issue
Hi i earlier i was facing jaundice issues and after few days taking proper medicine continuously i got better and i tested for lft again and now that time it is 1.1 doctor said now your jaundice is in control. Now after few months i was facing the same issue again when i done the ultrasound test in that it is mentioned as bilateral multiple non obstructive renal calculli is mentioned in that report what is the treatment for it

Drink plenty of water and fluids. 4 liters atleast per day. Avoid calcium supplements . Avoid vit c supplements. Avoid alcohol. avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid outside food. Stop smoking if you do. Do some physical exercises on a regular basis. Go for morning and evening walks. Avoid tea and coffee. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits.
