Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having too much farts since a couple of week. Also I am hav irregular pooping hrs and feel full stomach most of the times. Pls let me know any medicine or do I need any test done

From past four months I'm having diarrhea due to which I have lost 5kgs. I have avoided oil and spices and currently on boil food diet but my condition is not improving. I had an endoscopy and the report is normal. Stool test shows pus and mucus. Colonoscopy is due. What diet plan and other tests are required? And how long will this condition persist?

I had a very painful poop last week I had to strain it a lot but after that I am bleeding when I poop initially my toilet water turned red and it burned severely for hours but now it's been around 5 days the pain has reduced but it still bleeds a little like today I had a streak of bright right blood on my poop and I am worried can it be cancer
