I did endoscopy few days back i got positive in h Pylori infection now undergoing treatment I get sweet Chest Pain From left side me worried about it.. Light Chest pains because of gastritis?? When i burping feel little bit chest pain...its all coming from gastritis? Please answer me doctor's..

Gastric Problems
I have gastric problem. There is pain in my upper stomach, which migrates to upper chest and also pain in upper back. This pain is due to gas. It wont get relieved by gas medicines but only becomes better if I puke. This has been occuring frequently. I don't consume junk foods but still gastritis occurs often. I am worried.

Food coming back to throat
I feel like food is stuck in throat and chest. It comes out with frequent burping. Whatever I eat. If feels like stuck in throat n chest and it comes out too. After eating frequent burping occurs. And it feels like gas is stuck in my stomach.Mild pain in chest and upper stomach.
