Today I got this mixed Color poop, I just panicking about GI bleed it's looking like dark brown/ black ,any suggestion please

I am taking nux vomica from last 2 weeks and also got good results, should i continue or stop this now, please advise.

I had the worst constipation of my life past week and strained a lot since then I am bleeding while I poop. Yesterday I went to the doctor and applied the tropical cream she gave me and it was a little less painful but i still had a streak of blood on my poop. How long will it take to heal

Hello Doctors, When i had some junk food during lunch/dinner next day i am feeling some blood drops in sink withou t any notice .After that a small burning sensation arround anus. I felt it as piles , but this is not regular only the case when i had outside spicy food. And in normal days i dont have any problem. Now a days i am feeling somewhat more burning sensation when it happened for a day. Kindly suggest any home treatment / medicine.
