In the ultrasound that I took for a gynae issue,one of the findings was bowel loops obscured by gas .iam currently having bloating and stomach infection.pls advise treatment

My 9 months old baby had diarrhea from past 7 days doctor said due to putting fingers on mouth He gave medicine for 3 days oflacxin, econorm and sporlac but she had vomting today can i give digestiv re engymes drops? I have neopeptine drops can i give her?

In 2017 june i got diagnosed with typhoid and i had to take several course of antibiotics to get rid of it. A few months after that i was diagnosed with entamoeba hystolitica n i was given medication for it . I have taken tinidazole 2mg single dose. Amicline 3 times a day for 10 days. I didnt take metronidazole as it was too hard on me. Still im not able to get rid of it. I have given up oily,spicy,any hard food. Is there any medication which can help me 🙏

Unresolved Gastritis. Ultrasound negative for gall stones. Endoscopy revealed 11 large erosions with thin membrane. 2 months of omaprazole helped but did not resolve the issue completely. Samples from stomach came negative for H Pylori bacteria. Any thoughts what could this be and how to resolve this?

Last evening she had headache and since 11 pm she has had 5 episodes of vomiting, stomach heaviness. Even water is thrown out via vomiting

Taking pentaprazole d since five years for hyperacidity as advised by gastroentrologist. Now I feel  discomfort feeling whenever I take crocin Or pain killer for fever.any suggestion to overcome this.
