I almost passed out in my washroom today because of indigestion. And this has happened to me for the 3rd time now in a span of around 6-7 months. I'm very concerned, please tell me what I can do ?

I visited the ER for severe gastric stomach pain that subsided after an IV. However, the doctor conducted an ECG as part of protocol. The ECG says borderline. Is it normal? I'm a little bit anxious. Please Advise

Since a month I am facing digestion issues, always feeling bloated and sometimes loose motion. I am avoiding all sorts of junk and street food, eating light food, zero oil recipes. Iam 31 years old, mother of 2kids had a c section. I weigh 66kgs as of today. I have been suffering from severe bloating and constipation issue since a very very long time. Nothing seems to help me with my issue  gastric tablets. Or ayurvedic gas medicaiton Or not even the workouts r helping me. 😭😭 iam very upset with my condition. Stools have become a surprise kind of term in my life they never happen if they do they r very painful. I use sana ka patta powder which helps me with my stools but it's very scary for me to consume even that makes me fall sick. 😭😭 I need a permanent and a best solution. Dear Doctor, my son is 6.6 years age. I m observing the problem since couple of months. He is passing hard stools every 10-15 mins in the underwear with soiling of underwear not large quantity. But observed his stools are very tough to pass and he is struggling to pass. It has become a worry now, bcz he is living like that since more than a month now... My kid have speech delays and cannot communicate his pain. Please help what should I do to rescue him from that painful stools or frequency of soiling underwear. He am managing good water intake but the problem is fruits he does not eat which i m practicing to give him in various methods.
