I do have a hectic schedule for that I have to eat outside everyday and don't have time to cook. So Can I take Oats and Milk for dinner everyday?? If yess than what is the perfect time to take it?

Can anyone please clear my doubt i have a discomfort on the right side of my abdomen i started to me 3 days ago and when i lay on the bed i feel little bit of urge to pee .i want to know what can be the symptoms of liver or right kidney issues .

I am a student, I have been studying a lot lately which includes a lot of sitting. After 3 months now I having bloating, loud noises from stomach and this continues till I pass Flatus. Sometimes I can't pass Flatus in sitting position. There are no sounds if I lay on bed. If I eat heavy food or nonveg, I have to poop within 2 hours...Please give me some advice on what to do ? What's wrong? Food/ posture or some IBS??

Stomach ache one hour after meal Female, 28 For the past one week My wife is having stomach ache after one hour of having meals. The pain stays for 2 3 hour and then it goes away on its own. In routine checkup report everything seems to be normal except for vitamin B12 and D . They are at low levels. No habit of oily food or spicy food . Ultrasound is also sone and it is normal.Plz suggest some remedy.

I am taking provanol sr 40 and serta 100 since 7 years. I have anxiety and stress .I develop vomit sensation as well as my stomach burns after taking this medication. I have done endoscopy as well as ultrasound but results are normal.Doctor is saying that it side effects of this medication. Can you please tell me safe medicine for vomit and acidity(gas reflux) in long run which has no side major or serious side effect. Thanks
