I am facing constipation issue from last 2 year ,Like my motion is not happening properly and it get worst day by day. Please help me out for the same.

4 days ago i had a bad attack of acid reflux at night when i felt liquid coming up to my neck. I got antacids the next day and have been having for 4 days now but not fully recovered. I still feel little discomfort at the back of my neck, hoarse voice and lack of appetite though i can eat my proper meals. Any way to cure this without too many medicines?
