He is 1 year 1 week old Please suggest any stool softner and anything tht makes regular bowel movements he cries while pooping and it has foul smell too

In oct 2021 my sgot 80 , ggt 74 and sgpt 160 i was advice to take ocalible 5 mg , 2 months after in jauary retested and my sgot 98 , ggt 77 , sgpt 218 and at this time medicne change to rephtin and after eating 2 months yestarday i re tested and my sgot 112 , ggt 139 , sgpt 244 .. i dont no why when i was eating medicne from ladt 4 to 5 months

Hello Dr. Im feeling short for 2-3 seconds a electric shock or a strong gass like a movement on my bowel and chest. What could it be ? Any good medication for this ? 5 month ago i got treatment for hpylori, and currently am on panic disorder medication.(escitalopram and clromine hydrohloride 10 mg). Chesht X ray, cbc, and liver test was ok, and sonar of my bowel was ok too.) Please advice.
