Surgery done date is 5 Feb 2022. Everything was going smoothly but today( 11 April 2022) there is pain in upper abdominal part and fever is 100 F. And in report there is dilated CBD 10.2 mm. Please sir tell me about any serious issue

Please find attachment There was gall stones and cbd stone . Open Surgery was done on date 5 Feb 2022 and gall bladder was removed and CBD stone also removed. Everything was going smoothly there was no issue about digestion and etc but sometimes high temp approximately 100f but today 11 April 2022 there is pain in upper abdominal part and also fever 100f . Today11 April 2022 go for ultrasound and in ultrasound report there is CBD is dilated upto 10.5 mm and mind IHBRD. S/o cholangitis. Doctor please tell me about any serious issue or can its disease be recovered by medicine ( is this big problem ?? )

After I consume Drotin M will the sonography report show me the correct picture of the cause of the pain?

Im facing loose stools (not diarrhoea)for 3 years always this kind of stool is coming out it is floating endoscopy colonoscopy CT scan everything is normal is this fat malabsorption? I underwent ultrasound recently for a gyneac problem.But surprisingly everything was normal but multiple gallbladder stones found highest measured 8 mm.Can I get rid of gall stones with medicines without undergoing surgery.Iam not diabetic or hypertensive.My weight is 72 kgs and height 5.2 kgs.Right now reducing weight.I don't have any digestive or any other problems.Thankyou.
