Stomach Problems & Remedies

I'm having stomach pain for the last few hours accompanied with frequent burps.  Please suggest some medication.

Since 3 year my UGI Report show D2 White pin point white lesion Lymphangiectasia. My lymph count normal. In CBC test. Now again UGI Show Lymphangiectasia. She gave me Pure MCT poweder for lymphangiectasia. Plz tell how to take that powder. Or this poweder cure or something to lymphangiectasia Or it's seriously life threat my age 28 plz suggest for lymphangiectasia I'm worried.

I have Easophagitis grade 1, Weak LES, LPR, chronic HP negative inactive Gastritis, Functional dyspepsia. I take famocid 20 mg twice. I take Neurobion forte as my b12 is low and Soha eye drops and for keratoconjuxtivitus sicca.I have severe post prandial anxiety, issues, fearful feeling in hands, sweating, feeling hot in the body, stomach feeling weak, lot of tender spots in intestine. When I wake up, I seem to be fine. Its worse after breakfast and lunch. Not so bad after dinner. I gave epigastric burning in night and in between meals. I have lost 21 kgs over last 6 months. I also have sinus tachycardia and possibly pots, mild benign prostate, grade 1 fatty liver, simple kidney cyst, small umblical hernia. Colonoscopy, endoscopy, pet ct, ct, ultrasound, all possible blood tests have been done. For functional dyspepsia, I was asked to take Meva sr or Eldicet or Normaxin. Given, my symptoms which is safest in terms of side effects, as I'm already going through a lot.

I took a table spoon of expired (2020) gelusil for acidity. After that I took correct gelusil (which was within expiry). Is it dangerous? Should I seek any medical help?

Suffering from watery loose motion since last 5 days. Lost around 3 kg weight. Tried nflox 1 dose but no results

I have been having lower right abdominal pain for the past 8 year. I have been diagnosed with ulcer and Appendicitis which leads to Appendectomy. But still after years the abdominal pain never end.

My 2 year old kid is having constipation since last week. We have givn duphlac for 2 days but nothing happened and child is so irritable . We have given muout as well . But it seems nothing is working. He is passing stool in small quantity only if suppository is given.please suggest treatment

I have 2 gallstones 12mm and 15mm each.4 years ago I had c-sec. can gallstone pain not trigger by taking medicine only ? And can I think about second baby without surgery?

I am attaching a picture of my mother's tongue. She has slight ridges along the edges. Is her tongue scalloped? Or is it normal

Please prescribe de-worming medicine. Also advise if the same course can be done peridically. If yes, suggest the periodicity
