After quitting alcohol my SGPT is 120, does it come down naturally when healthy lifestyle is followed

My son is 12 year he is suffering from stomach pain and loose motion.I have given meftal spas & darolac IBS.please suggest me kindly what to do he has omitted one time kindly send me your suggestions I am waiting

For few couple of days i having pain when i sit for long hours and work.i have observed a pimple like thing near to my anus and whenever i  touch it pains.Is it that i have piles or some other thing. It has become a small lump formation and if it's piles which cream should i use and how can it be treated because in the internet i have seen self care can be done for this please help me i am also attaching the pic for the reference!!

Its been years since im feeling my stomach fat is incrsing rather then my whole body weight... Rest body not so fat... And in night i feel after food my stomach swell like a ball... I dont know why... I eat less or more this happen... Reason i dont know.. But mostly is kind of fat i dont like and why its happening to me i dont know... Swelling and pain in whole stomach with constipation problem loss of appetite and pain is not severe and but very often and experienced blood in stool.

Hi Drs, Past 2 year I am facing GERD issue but I have managed my symptoms with life style changes so am not taking any medicine for that but yesterday I had oily food so today my stomach fully filled with gas .already I have taken 2 tablet today morning and afternoon so can I take one more tablet for night'?
