Discomfort in stomach since four days ...need a  consultation in malayalam language. He is diabetic taking insulin everyday

It feels like stomach is burning .. and an urge to eat to relieve the pain but all in vain. The pain restarts in few moments again.

Hi, So i vomitted 4 times while i was out of town so i went to a local doctor there got my tablets vomits stopped, it was food poison. but i noticed i can't poop it's been 4 days.. 5th day i entered forcefully and just to get my poop done i had to apply immense terrible pressure took me 1 hour yes, i can't explain i nearly gave up and felt like again i can't explain how bad it was i though I'd faint now.. Please advise what is this, this never happened to me. Thank you so much for ur help in advance how to avoid this / how to fix this / why this happened. I never want to experience this in my entire life !!

Hii doctor i diagnosed h Pylori Gastritis last two months back.. Now its cured i doing diet plan well eating also.. But sometimes i had head ache for that i taken paracetamol tablets for headache.. Now headache gone.. When i taken paracetamol tablets for headache.. After some time stomach discomfort and burping much.. I am worried about dis please give me solution.. Why stomach discomfort happening??

I m taking sompraz d 40, acogut100 twice a day,sucral syrup twice a day. But during night feel sharp chest pain and burping alot.chest pain goes with burping

Hello ! In routine check up my SGOT and SGPT levels came as 21.3 and 9.20 .. Which falls under the normal range I guess but the ratio is quite high as 2.3. What does it indicates? Is it a matter of concern? Other parameters of LFT test seems to be normal. Attached is the report. Please suggest. Thank you!

There is a gallstone of 7 mm, is this treatable by medicine called udiliv-300 or need to go for surgery for this size ?? Pl advice ?
