Eating outside since 3 days . Attending destination wedding . This morning got vomiting , getting mild cramp on stomach

Hii, I had haemohorroids from almost 7-8 years,so bleeding was there occassionally.Now from few months I am having flat stools,and appetite loss was there.From 3-4 days I am unable to get my bowel clear,like I feel urge to go again.So,dr prescribed colonoscopy but said there is very low chance of anything serious.I am also suffering from anxiety from almost 10 years.So,I have done my colonoscopy yesterday which I have attached and upper GI was well.I am little afraid about colon cancer scrolling through google about this and matching symptoms.I have done LFT as well in which SGPT-70 SGOT-40 CBC-all normal. So,is there anything to worry.

I had a CT scan today, reports says diverticulosis.. I had pain in left and right side of abodomen... Attached CT scan report... Doctor said nothing to worry and prescribed pantraponze tablet... but I am getting pain in abdomen... What diet need to be taken anything serious ??? Any medications please prescribe...

Few days ago, I did push-ups after so many months. Next day I had some domestic issue and felt butterflies in stomach (too strongly). Thereafter, I had weird feeling in my stomach. It wasn't pain or acidity, but very low intensity subtle pain in area above belly button and the entire night I kept feeling it and wasn't able to sleep. Then next day after waking up. It went away and in evening, it came back and felt as if muscle has been pulled in my stomach. I have no diarrhea no nausea feeling. The pain or swelling doesn't annoys for entire day.  Today I felt as if stomach is swollen. I sometimes feel acidity. But it's under control. I want to know what it is and what should I do?

My brother usg impression vis whole abdomen is suggestive of mild colitis. Entire length of colon is slightly edematous

I have under gone endoscopy and doctor suspects gastritis and have taken proton pump inhibitor medicine. But there is no sign of cure. Symptoms: (Main)1: Clear thick vomiting even though having full stomach and there is no food comes out.( I suspect the thick substance could be stomach lining mucus) 2: Middle of right side brain Headache after eating. 3: Nervousness. 4:Ear pain. 5:Blurry Eyes. 6: Excess Body heat and sometimes mouth ulcer. 7: Nervousness and lack of awareness. Only Ear and stomach pain is from past 4 months But Remaining Symptoms are with me from past 7 Years. I have consulted many doctors but there is no sign of cure. I'm so much worrying about my situation and I have consulted many doctors but there is no sign of cure. Please help me to get rid of my bad health situation. Thank You.

My recent sgpt level is 74. Ultrasound of liver is normal. Why sgpt level is increasing? Previously I was diagnosed with Antituberculosis medicine induced hepatotoxicity. That sgpt and sgpt levels were very high. My Att stopped on 1st March. That time sgpt levels were 215. Kindly tell me what is happening?? I am non alcoholic. Weight-80 kg. Height -6 feet. Bp - 116/82

I often feel my stomach hard above my navel (belly button) and suffer with indigestion. I also feel mild pain on pressing at navel. This problem occurs weekly or fortnightly.
