Yellow substance in stool
Hi, I am 29 years old and have a 18 months baby (first born). stopped feeding. we both got stomach pain and loose motion, three days ago, we had these symptoms for night and morning its gone. we both are fine now. today i noticed something yellow kind of substance in stool in my babies. (its kind of bright yellow and looks like small cheese pieces).exactly same thing was in my stool today too. but we both are having different kind of food. we didn't ate same kind of food or fruit or vegetable. my baby eat meat and i am vegetarian. i am worried whether we having some kind of disease. also what is that yellow substance is?!
