Feeling bloated
When ever i eat something, i always feel bloated and a little bit or urged to go number 2...what seems to be the problem?

This could be due to indigestion. Avoid spicy oily food, eating meals too fast, chew your food properly and slowly , avoid talking while eating. Also want to know since how long is this problem?! Is it eating specific meals or anything you eat you feel urge to defecate?
