I have grade 1 fatty liver.
I have grade 1 fatty liver.. My age is 35 height 165 CM and weight 69 kg. Sometimes I feel ache in my stomach. For past few weeks I am avoiding fired foods and consumimg less oil.. Have been walking in the morning around 30mins and taking homeopathy medicine. What should be my next step?

It's therefore advisable to cut down or stop drinking alcohol.

On the basis of your history there's need complete history to make correct diagnosis and treatment so you should take consultation once from a good doctor. You should also do some blood test as like LFT and KFT and CBC ,ESR and Lipid profile And USG of whole abdomen .
Next Steps
Don't take any medicine without taking proper consultation.

Get your liver function tests done. Totally cut your liquor and tobacco. Get USG done after 6 months.
