How Do I know if i have hernia ,what are the symptoms and diagnosis ? I feel acidic after exercise and always feel reflux after eating

Hi, I've been experiencing flat stool. Is this something to be worried about? There are no other symptoms along with this. Two weeks back I checked with doctors on practo and was diagnosed for gastritis. I have changed my diet and have been exercising as and when I can. There has been definite improvement in my stomach ache but I'm a little worried. I also had a severe gastritis attack in Mid Feb. Please help, this is causing a lot of anxiety.

Doctor,im facing seveire Stomach pain and burning in my stomach since one week.when I took food and food going to digestion on that time I'm getting pain and burning. I have body pains,dizziness, backpain too..can u please suggest me what I want to do...?

Early morning i got loose motion and vomiting. I took Amritdhara so it has stopped now. But i am feeling very weak. Cant get up from bed and go outside. I had little food to give rest to stomach. Plz suggest me what to do to get better.

I am having mild pain, dullness near upper right abdomen. It comes and goes when I drink alcohol for longer durations band subsides when I abstain from for few days. What it could be. I am trying to avoid alcohol and have IBS from many years.

Hi, I've abdomen pain in the upper right quadrant under the ribs for almost 2 years, I feel the pain when I twist my body as well. While it is not severe but it is persistent. I see undigested food in the stool as well. I see floating stool more often. USG was done a year back and it turned out to be normal. Please advice

Hi doctors, after consumed outside food I felt uncomfortable like Dizziness, feeling weak and tiredness. Also I felt hungry often and if eat little heavy food then felt tired and sharp pain occurs in stomach. Afterwards that pain goes, again tiredness and feeling sleepy occurs. How to overcome this tiredness???
