Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi, Can anyone recommend a good medicine for stomach pain. Just for general pain in the middle to lower abdomen

I am having slight stomach pain since 3rd may to now. At starting I got black stool ( not very dark) but after 2 weeks it became close to normal but pain continues. Since last 5 - 6 days i am having dark brown stool with minor undigested food & mostly yellow with black specks. And now having stool with mucus. ( attaching picture for reference ) Last month of cbc, lft normal & usg abdomen - early fatty change

My son (Prasoon Rai aged 11 year) is having bad smelling frequent loose motion and has a very bad taste in mouth. Feeling little cold.

My second Endoscopy shows H Pylori positive. The doctor has given the same antibiotics which was given in the first round. Do I need different types of antibiotics?

I have stomach pain nearly 2weeks. There is no urination issue, no fever, no severe pain. Pain sometimes come and sometimes not there. I have taken usg before 6 month. Detected fatty liver. Whether fatty liver cause pain in  lower stomach? No other issue like appendix. Kindly tell any solution

Hello.am female 35yrs..suffering with lax les since 2019...1st symtpoms was continous cough..so i had endoscopy and diagnosed with lax les..from.that time am sleeping on elevated bed or wedge pillow..but still am suffering with this symptoms..it's hell life..is der any cure for this hell disease..plz reply .
