Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello, actually i am having loose stools problem from last few years, and struggling to gain weight. I have gone through endoscopy and colonoscopy too, to know the root cause, but did not find any big problem or cause. I am desperate now what should i do i always go toilet two times one after one within half an hour, and stool is always in paste like form or loose sometimes. What should i do???

Since yesterday my place of defecation is painful, since two days defecation is getting hard and the food was too heavy, what should I do?

My 1.9 years old daughter had little bit of egg paratha (made up of maida) from restaurant. I think due to this she got acid reflux and vomited 3 times. She did not have food after that. I have given 1 small cup of apple ors juice. Is it fine? Other than that is there anything I can give?

I m having pain in my left side of abdomen from past few months Firstly I thought it was due to gas but It's paining like tearing something apart and also having problem in poop its very thin and unable to empty stomach pls tell if if it's concerning?

I was having problem of frequent urination. Then some antibiotics were prescribed fir 10days. After taking antibiotics I hv severe pain in my stomach. I got my stomach examined through ultrasound. No cler stone found suspected stone Then X ray done no stone observed. After taking antibiotics I was having problem of stomach bloating and burning. I started taking Pan D for last 7 days after consulting doctor. In day no much issue but in the evening stomach starts bloating unable to sleep. I hv lost my appetite. I feel always full. Lack of energy. What should I do
