I often go to the toilet about 10 times a day. After 30 minutes from dinner pressure came. What should i do.

I have been diagnosed with 10mm gall stone used to feel uneasy wearing woollen clothes in winters making me feel puckish . Then it was morning sickness . No pain no bloating . Since yesterday night I have diarrhoea with slight rise in body temperature of 99.4 degree along with full body and joint ache. Had loose stool twice today with bloated stomach. Will lomofen plus 2mg along with ORS help in getting rid of this?
