Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi team, for the last one month I feel mild pain in my stomach almost after every meal and some time without meal. My stool is normal n have normal hunger. I feel heavy gas in my stomach sometime.i am taking xymex mps and rabegot dsr medicine .Please help me.

Is ERCP and laproscopy a must for stone in bile duct and gallbladder? Can we cure it by only medication?

Does black specks in stool indicate cancer? I have noticed few black specks on my stool and I am concerned about it

I am getting painful struggle for belching. Feeling like gas filled upto tongue. I am experiencing this after having tea or coffee after 6pm.. day and morning time it's fine..

For about a month I am having frequent feel to poop and stool comes in very small quantity during each sit. At first stool.comes liquid and then as small hard lumps. Also stool does not come easily and have slight pain like feeling (Feel to poop) . Sometimes saw some blood also in the stool.

I'm I did LFT test Last 3 months back in that direct billurubin 0.25 And protein value is 7.5 again I did today direct billurubin 0.32 and protein 6.8 am scared why this much change is it my liver function is slowing down as scared I have so much health issues reg to digestion it's not digesting properly my stool is floating and seeing lot of undigested food am so concern this much early age why such problem how to treat it did colonoscopy reports are normal doctor saying am taking stress no worries but am not ok I know it plz help me I have bp also 132/92 am taking amlong 2.5 mg is it ok bp

Whatever I eat I am getting Gastric trouble. I feel burning sensation even if it is a small meal or snack. Please suggest me some medicines.

GALL BLADDER: is well distended. Wall thickness is normal. Multiple calculi noted, largest measuring approximately 5.3mm. Common bile duct appears dilated measuring 7.1mm in maximum diameter. No obvious intraductal calculi noted. Mild prominence of bilobar intrahepatic biliary radicles noted.
