Sgot sgpt raise
I recently done a blood test. My Sgot level is 50. My sgpt level is 83. My bilrubin total 1.26. please suggest how can lower my Sgot sgpt level.

It can be due to fatty liver.
If you're having any abdominal issues, plan for USG abdomen.
Next Steps
take tab liv 52, 3 times a day before food for one month
Health Tips
avoid oily, processed and outside food items.
regular exercise and walking
add more fruits in diet.
