Please explain the difference between probiotics and digestive enzymes. Can they both be taken together?
I had stayed in hostel during my college where the hygiene conditions were poor and had digestive problems after that (heavyness and gas after having meals, irregular bowel movement, dry mouth, fatigue, hair loss).Kindly suggest a good brand and dosage for both probiotics and digestive enzymes.
