Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been diagnosed with 10mm gall stone used to feel uneasy wearing woollen clothes in winters making me feel puckish . Then it was morning sickness . No pain no bloating . Surgeons says size of stone is large , it will no go away with medication and are saying to go immediately for surgery else if it get stuck in bile duck it can be life threatening. What do u suggest ? Thanks

Since yesterday night I have diarrhoea with slight rise in body temperature of 99.4 degree along with full body and joint ache. Had loose stool twice today with bloated stomach. Will lomofen plus 2mg along with ORS help in getting rid of this?

I had attached my endoscopy report l, in that 40cms, lax sphincter, mucosal prolapse+ what does it mean? But impression is hiatus hernia , gerd. I don't know more about these two diseases,But iam taking ppi's from 5months. When I stopped some times i feel like tightness in throat, unable to burp,stomach bloating and tightness,while taking medicle iam unable to sleep at night only three hours i slept after that no sleep is any thing relation between hiatus hernia,gerd and sleep.how long should I take these medicines?pleaes tell me is it big hernia or small by seeing endoscopy report? Will it cure completely?

Always my babies haave stamech pain if eat cabbage , cauliflower chana dal, chapathi, upma...etc if eat means acid gas will how to reduce could u suggest me

In oct 2021 my sgot 80 , ggt 74 and sgpt 160 i was advice to take ocalible 5 mg , 2 months after in jauary retested and my sgot 98 , ggt 77 , sgpt 218 and at this time medicne change to rephtin and after eating 2 months yestarday i re tested and my sgot 112 , ggt 139 , sgpt 244 .. i dont no why when i was eating medicne from ladt 4 to 5 months

Hello Dr. Im feeling short for 2-3 seconds a electric shock or a strong gass like a movement on my bowel and chest. What could it be ? Any good medication for this ? 5 month ago i got treatment for hpylori, and currently am on panic disorder medication.(escitalopram and clromine hydrohloride 10 mg). Chesht X ray, cbc, and liver test was ok, and sonar of my bowel was ok too.) Please advice.
