I am experiencing Tightness in stomach, exactly below ribs from last 1 month... CT scan latest report attached...
Feels like cramps below ribs and something is passing from left to right side stomach.. One day its better others day it's worse...
At times in a day 2 to 3 times I feel like something is pinning in right side lower rib...
Took below tables for 5 days interim relief but no permanent relief..

Your CT abdomen and pelvis suggestive of Diverticulosis of colon otherwise normal.
Colon is the part of large intestine and diverticulosis of colon represent small pouch like growth in your colon.
Some times indigestion/ gastritis can cause cramps and pain abdomen. since your CT abdomen is almost normal these may be the probable cause so try changing food habits like opting for fruits, less spicy foods and more water.
If pain is more or affecting your day-to-day routine then can take medications .

but if it your develop any inflammation in diverticulosis that condition is called diverticulitis ,then you need to undergo colposcopy that is procedure of examining your colon using a scope to rule out cancer .so follow up regularly.
