I feel tight sensation in stomach while sitting on my office chair.It feels as if the abdominal muscles are contracting and creating pressure in the stomach.
My office chair is ergonomically designed.
Last year I suffered from muscle spasm which might have happened due to working out in gym and I have stopped going to gym thereafter.
Also I get stool easily after I sit on my office chair in morning.However in weekends when I am not sitting in office chair I get stool irregularly.
How to get rid of this tight sensation and should I avoid sitting?
