Respected sir my stomach is paining since 4days and also burning I took this medicine but not imporve

I had faced loose motion and vomited once in past 3 days Now I have started feeling better, I'm recovering. My only issue is I feel light headed in the morning and I will be all fine by noon. Why is it that everyday in the morning I feel light headed feels very weak only in the morning Thank you

I had gall bladder surgery 2 years back. I reported pain on the right abdominal recently visited my surgeon. We did ultra scan and ct scan found to be an abcess inter abdominal wall. Operated and drained the pus and there was a hole left to drain more pus if any. It did not heal for 3 months and wen another surgery where the muscle or the infected tissue has beed removed. It is healed now stitches are removed but it looks there is some hard solid muscle in the same area i could feel and when touched it pains. Is it normal can some one suggest the best doc tp visit in Banglore

I had upper abdominal pain every day and causing symptoms like bloating after eating, upper middle abdomen tighten and upper left side also felt like swelling, stomach fullness even taking little amount of food and drinking 1 glass of water that too i drink after 30min completing my meal,weight loss,constipation after endoscopy done it shows i have haitus hernia and gerd.i attached photo here.but i had no symptoms of acid reflux,heart burn but mostly hiatal hernia cause reflux symptoms and heartburn.
