Hi, I've abdomen pain in the upper right quadrant under the ribs for almost 2 years, I feel the pain when I twist my body as well. While it is not severe but it is persistent. I see undigested food in the stool as well. I see floating stool more often. USG was done a year back and it turned out to be normal. Please advice

Hi doctors, after consumed outside food I felt uncomfortable like Dizziness, feeling weak and tiredness. Also I felt hungry often and if eat little heavy food then felt tired and sharp pain occurs in stomach. Afterwards that pain goes, again tiredness and feeling sleepy occurs. Hello , i am currently 22 years old . I am suffering abdominal discomfort last 10 days . I have done usg 2 months ago report is normal ,LFT is also normal . Besically abdominal bloating , ache in right side . After stool clearing i felling abdominal ache and small pain . Last 6 months ago the same problem occurred and cured . But ache in whole abdomen is present ( not so much pain , mainly ache ) . Doctor suggest me a stool test . I have done the test and attaching the report pls check. Stool is clear but ache is present after stool . Actually i am fearing this issue like colon cancer or stomach cancer . Currently This type of decease come on my mind . Pls guide me 🙏
