Tab pantop D-sr twice in a day for 3 day's.
Tab cyclopam twice in a day for 3 days
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Avoid fatty meals.
Don't over eat.
Keep your self hydrated.
Avoid tea and coffee.
Avoid alcohol.
Stop smoking.
If the sympotoms persists for long time then you will need some blood test's.
