Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi, I have all symptoms of IBS. Before 30 days smelly gas, flatulence started with single episode of diorrhea.. after that I have trouble passing stools.. always after eating my abdomen bloating and becomes too big. Doctor had given Sompraz L I took for 15 days. He suggested endoscopy but I didn't go for it yet.. Alongwith above symptoms of digestion and stools, I also have adenomyosis symptoms for which doctor has ordered pelvic MRI. My question is since I am going for pelvic MRI , can I also add abdomen MRI so that I get detailed picture if I have gastritis related or any lever problem or crohn's? Or should I just go ahead with pelvic MRI and go for endoscopy for abdominal or IBs problems? Which test is better for digestive issues?

Bloating and gas issues frequently with all kinds of food regardless of homemade or outside food . Pain and swelling in stomach and back area. Less appetite and frequently getting fever and headache.

I have tested positive for h pylori again. Dr is giving the same Triple Therapy (clarithromycin and amoxicillin) which i already took in December and failed. Should I again take the same antibiotics or ask for different antibiotics?

I am having slight stomach pain since 3rd may to now. At starting I got black stool ( not very dark) but after 2 weeks it became close to normal but pain continues. Since last 5 - 6 days i am having dark brown stool with minor undigested food & mostly yellow with black specks. And now having stool with mucus.
