It's because of  one of the content of tab  gluconorm  G1 that is metformin Metformin is a bit gastric irritant and it also reduces the absorption of vitamin b12 with may cause gastritis in many patients. To avoid this you need some medicines with Life style modification. 1. Keep your self hydrated by drinking plenty of water. 3 litres per day. 2. Reduce your spice intake. 3. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. 4.  Have diabetic diet. 5. Add probiotics to your diet. 6. Avoid unnecessary stress. 7. Avoid over thinking. 8. Go for morning and evening walks everyday. Treatment: Tab Pantopparazol 40 mg  morning and evening empty stomach for 7 days then one's in a day morning for 15 day's. Tab methylcobalamine 1500 mcg one's in a day after food everyday. Syrup sucralfate ( sugar free) 5 ml 3 times in a day take  half an hour before food or any medicine for 7 days. Don't worry everything will be fine soon.
