Tiny particles in Stool
Whenever I have a bowel Movement, the first part is hard and dry and the rest is fine. This first part creates fissure which gets ok , but then comes back after a hard stool. For last month , I am on looz syrup - which is helpful. Now I notice these tiny particles in the stool , (pic attached) even after the stool has flushed off, like can be seen here . I wonder what these are. These tiny particles are present most of the time when i flush out.

Stop using looz syrup. Shouldn't be used for so long. Change your life style. 1. Drink plenty of water.3 litres per day. 2. Avoid spicy and oily food. 3. Have high fibre diet. 4. Reduce your caffeine intake. 5. Get thyroid profile done 6. Can use softovac-sf powder two spoons with warm water at night everyday. 7. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. 8. Avoid outside food. For fissure you can use ANObliss cream three times in a day after coming from washroom.
