Hcl acid release when chew soomething
Stomach release hcl acid ...before food enters to the stomach?? Plz tell me when we chew something stomach release acid ???like when we chew pan masala in mouth it means acid release in sstomach ??? Already??? And we threw pan masala ...which creates acidity ...in the the whole 1 hour process

Difficult to understand what you are talking. You are more interested in finding fault with God  than to improve yourself. When you know so much about PAAN MASALA  why don't you get rid of this habit  ?

Hello sir Yes stomach can release acid before food enters into stomach. This is called cephalic phase of gastric acid secretion. It seems you are suffering from gastro esophageal reflex disease.
Next Steps
need to take antacid and prokinetic drugs for relief. ( pan d two times a day for 5 days )
