A raised red bump with pain in the anal region will most probably be peri anal abscess, which is due to infection of the anal glands. It is also associated with fistula/fissure in ano.

* sitz bath three to four times per day
*oral antibiotic and painkillers, apply topical antibiotics
*Incision and drainage is done in case of large abscess
*surgical management in case fissure/fistula in ano
