Dear Doc,
I have suddenly developed a small bump/boil on the outside of my anus. I read online that this could either be piles or a hemmorage. It's been there for four days now and hasn't reduced in size. What should I do?

APPLY LOCALLY XYLOCAIN GEL WITH FINGER FIRST ON OUTSIDE BUMP THAN TAKE XYLOCAIN GEL N INSERT IN ANAL REGION N GENTALY MOVE ALL AROUND PROPERLY BEFORE DEFICATION.
AFTER WASH APPLY OINTMENT PROCTOCEDIL LIKE WISE AS DEMONSTRATED ABOVE. BOTH TWO TIMES A DAY.
TILL PAIN DECREASES.
STOOL SOFTENER LIKE MILK OF MAGNESIA OR CREMAFIN PINK THREE TEASPOON FUL WITH WATER AT NIGHT.
