It's an Hpylori infection, bacteria commonly seen in long standing gastric ulcer I do wanna see the endoscopy reports Consult

She is 82 years old. She should consult with a Gastroenterologist and be under his treatment. Please share the other findings of Upper GI endoscopy.

She has H. Pylori infection.( It's a bacterial infection very common these days) No Cancer detected. She will need some antibiotics with proton pump inhibitor for few weeks. Don't worry she will be fine after treatment.

It's a bacterial infection, usually treated with oral antibiotics and other medicines. The recovery is good. No need to worry about cancer.
