This shows RUT ( H.PYLORI) POSITIVE. THIS BACTERIA KEEP PRODUCING EXCESS OF ACID WHICH LEADS TO GASTRITIS FREQUENTLY. You need triple therapy for 10 - 14 days depending upon your severity.
Recurrence of infection is common in this scenario.
Avoid spicy food, tea ,coffee.
Take your food timely. Don't do fasting.
