Constipation and mouth ulcers
I face problem related to digestion since my birth and till today , like mouth ulcers, constipation and acne pimple so local doctor suggested me to take Vitamin B complex supplement so I wanted to confirm it is ok to take the supplement as I have done blood test as well but no issues of any sort showed up

It’s completely ok to take vitamin b supplement without any prior blood test. But the regular issue id mouth ulcer and constipation need to evaluated further with more detail history. Further need to evaluate whether these are associated complaints or random.
