Frequent mouth ulcers are very common and usually occur due to nutritional deficiencies stress hormonal changes acidity or minor trauma from teeth or brushing. In most cases they are not serious but they can be painful and recurrent if the root cause is not corrected.

Vitamin B12 deficiency
Iron deficiency or low hemoglobin
Folic acid deficiency

Maintain good oral hygiene and use a soft toothbrush
