Permanent cure for this to change dietary habits and lifestyle modifications. Eat less spicy and avoid tea, coffee in excess.for now , you can take B complex + follic acid to cure.so maintain good hygienic food and more fibrous food .thank you .

Dear Patient, Frequent mouth ulcers are very common and usually occur due to nutritional deficiencies stress hormonal changes acidity or minor trauma from teeth or brushing. In most cases they are not serious but they can be painful and recurrent if the root cause is not corrected. Common causes Vitamin B12 deficiency Iron deficiency or low hemoglobin Folic acid deficiency Stress and lack of sleep Acidity or gastric issues Hormonal changes Spicy or acidic foods Local irritation from sharp tooth edges What you should do Maintain good oral hygiene and use a soft toothbrush Avoid very spicy sour and fried foods during ulcers Increase intake of fruits vegetables curd coconut water and fluids Ensure adequate sleep and stress control Medicines and supplements that help Topical oral gel for pain relief such as choline salicylate lignocaine gel application 2 to 3 times daily Vitamin B complex with zinc for 2 to 4 weeks If acidity present antacid or pantoprazole before breakfast may help Permanent control approach Check blood tests CBC Vitamin B12 Iron profile and Vitamin D if ulcers are frequent Correcting deficiencies usually reduces recurrence significantly consult me directly when u have Ulcers lasting more than 2 weeks Very large or extremely painful ulcers Difficulty swallowing or fever Weight loss or repeated recurrence despite treatment Most patients improve once nutritional deficiencies and triggers are corrected. Kindly do the CBC test to check the haemoglobin level because sometimes anemia ( low haemoglobin) can also cause mouth ulcers. Consult me on practo with the results
